Kareena Kapoor Khan offers Alia Bhatt advice on parenthood, says the Darlings star knows what’s best for her

With Bollywood actors Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor expecting their first child, the latter’s cousin Kareena Kapoor Khan is equally delighted about the good news in the family. Kareena, whose latest film Laal Singh Chaddha released in theatres recently, praised the Darlings actress for making the decision to become a mother at such a young age.

According to ETimes, when Kareena was asked to give Alia an advice on becoming a mother, The Jab We Met actress told a news outlet that Alia is someone who undoubtedly doesn't need any. The actress joked that she doesn't listen to anyone's advice on raising children.

Kareena stated that she constantly does what she believes to be correct and that ultimately, moms are the wisest people. Since Alia will also be on this adventure, she should just go through it on her own. When discussing Ranbir, she said that he is the finest and understands what is best for their child. She said, “He knows that he's just the best', he has that attitude and we both are quite similar like that.”

Alia shared a note for the viewers on Kareena's movie Laal Singh Chaddha. She posted a movie poster on her Instagram and wrote,"Such a beautiful film- Go watch Laal Singh Chaddha only in cinemas!!!! You don't want to miss it."

Kareena plays an actress named Rupa in the movie, which is directed by Advait Chandan. The film is the official Hindi remake of Tom Hanks' Academy Award-winning 1994 film Forrest Gump. Mona Singh and Naga Chaitanya also appear in the film. More than 100 Indian destinations were used for the production, which started in 2019. Laal Singh Chaddha was produced by Aamir Khan Productions, Kiran Rao, and Viacom18 Studios. The movie was released in theatres on August 11.

On the work front, Kareena will next appear in Sujoy Ghosh's thriller alongside Jaideep Ahlawat and Vijay Varma. She will also make her production debut with Hansal Mehta's thriller production.
