Kareena Kapoor Khan most recently appeared in Netflix's Jaane Jaan. Kareena made her OTT debut in this Sujoy Ghosh-directed movie. The movie, which also had Vijay Varma and Jaideep Ahlawat in the key parts, received positive reviews from both critics and viewers.

The Jab We Met actress recently discussed the failure of Laal Singh Chaddha starring Aamir Khan. The actor admitted that the reaction to the movie had devastated everyone in the unit, including Aamir. On August 11, 2022, Laal Singh Chaddha was released in theaters to a worldwide total of 129.64 crores.

Kareen continued by saying that she saw Aamir Khan apologizing and being really unhappy. At an occasion at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Center (NMACC), the Jaane Jaan actor had a chance encounter with Aamir. Bebo added that she told the Bollywood actor that she does not evaluate any friendships, relationships, or actors based on how well or poorly their movies perform at the box office.

Kareena Kapoor further added, "I told him on WhatsApp that you should not feel that we have lost, we have not lost. We have made a beautiful film and our friendship and love will not be determined by its box office success."

"Aamir was living that character, he had become Laal," she remarked. Kareena also stated that her role as Rupa in the movie will always be an iconic one for her. She did, however, add that the movie's somber theme might have been one of the main reasons it bombed at the box office.
