Kareena Kapoor Khan’s fabulous reaction to Ananya Panday’s ‘Poo’ Halloween costume will leave you delighted

Kareena Kapoor Khan has been a stalwart in Bollywood for more than two decades, essaying a number of memorable roles which have made her a popular name among cinephiles in the country. Among them, a character she played in the initial days of her career still stood out- Poo from Karan Johar’s Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. Kareena’s portrayal of the glamorous young woman still seems to be winning hearts. In fact, birthday girl Ananya Panday recently paid tribute to the iconic character by dressing up as Poo for Halloween.

A number of Bollywood celebs attended Orry’s recently held Halloween party this year, and Ananya was one of them. The Liger actress channeled her inner Poo as she donned the character’s classic pink shimmery crop top and skirt. Kareena took to her official Instagram handle to wish Ananya on her birthday, posting a picture of the latter in her Halloween costume.

Kareena wrote in the caption “You looked PHAT. Happy Birthday you star, lots of love”, referencing her character's popular line which included PHAT as an abbreviation for ‘Pretty,Hot And Tempting”.

A number of other celebrities also attended Orry’s Halloween party, including Shanaya Kapoor, Navya Naveli Nanda, Ahan Shetty, Ibrahim Ali Khan, Aryan Khan, Suhana Khan, Janhvi Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan, among others.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ananya was last seen in Puri Jagannadh’s pan India film Liger, sharing the screen with Vijay Deverakonda. The actress will next be seen alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav in the Arjun Varain Singh directorial Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, written by Arjun, Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti. Ananya is also working on Dream Girl 2, directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa, which will see her paired opposite Ayushmann Khurrana for the first time on the silver screen.
