Karimnagar’s Most Wanted OTT release date - When and where to watch the Telugu crime drama

Karimnagar’s Most Wanted, a rooted Telugu web show bringing together newcomers Aman Surepally, Sai Surepally and Anirudh Thukuntla, is gearing up for its OTT premiere this weekend. The series is directed by Balaji Bhuvanagiri and bankrolled by Street Beatz. Leading Telugu streamer aha has acquired the show and will release it this Friday, i.e., December 22.

“A rooted political crime saga like never before! #Karimnagar’sMostWanted, an exclusive series premieres this Dec 22nd. Don't miss the suspense, drama, and intrigue unfold,” aha shared the news via social media today. After launching the title track Karimnagar’s Wale (sung by Rahul Sipligunj) recently, the show creators unveiled the trailer of the crime drama today.

The story revolves around the lives of four ordinary boys in Karimnagar, exploring various layers beneath the criminal world and the political landscape in the district. The makers believe the show will appeal to crime and drama enthusiasts. The team adds that the debutants have delivered convincing performances, while the filmmaker Balaji Bhuvanagiri has displayed terrific finesse in his execution.

The production house Street Beatz forays into the entertainment industry with the show. Over 50 stage actors from Karimnagar chosen through auditions are making their debut as well. The show creators are optimistic that their performances are one of a kind, where they displayed an on-screen ease on par with seasoned artistes. Sahitya Sagar and Ananth Srikar are the composers.

The show was completely filmed in Karimnagar, with the director assuring that viewers would get to witness the region in a new light. Sankeerth Rahul cranked the camera for the crime drama, whose story and dialogues are written by Ramesh Eligeti (who worked on Balagam earlier). Karimnagar’s Most Wanted will be appealing as a well-made mainstream film, the production house asserts.
