Kartik Aaryan CONFIRMS receiving Rs. 20 crore for Dhamaka

According to reports, Kartik Aaryan is one of Bollywood's highest-paid actors right now. The actor, whose 2011 debut movie, Pyaar Ka Punchnaama, earned him 1.25 lakh rupees, opened up about making 20 crore rupees for a film he worked on during the COVID-19 pandemic. In a recent interview, the actor, who called himself the "Shehzada (prince)" of Bollywood, said more about why he deserved the money and why he was called a "prince."

Earlier, it was said that Kartik Aaryan received 20 crore for just 10 days of work on the 2021 terror thriller Dhamaka by Ram Madhvani. The actor, however, had not formally affirmed it. In addition to discussing his rumoured Rs. 20 crore remuneration, he now explains why filmmakers pay him such a large sum.

On the most recent episode of Aap Ki Adalat, host Rajat Sharma told Kartik that he had become so focused on himself that, after making Rs. 1.25 lakh in his first movie, Pyaar Ka Punchnaama, he now wanted Rs. 20 crore. The actor remarked while blushing that this was for ten days. When he said he was joking, the host told him he was wrong and said he was afraid he wasn't. Kartik said that he received Rs. 20 crore for the movie he shot in 10 days during the COVID-19 pandemic. He added that he received that payment for the 10 days he spent filming the movie during the COVID-19 pandemic. The actor thinks he deserves what he gets paid because he helped his producers earn twice as much in 20 days.

Kartik was also told that he said he started acting like "hero number one" after Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, a horror-comedy that was one of the most popular Bollywood movies of 2022, came out. The actor then replied that he has always thought of himself as number one, but slowly other people are learning to perceive him that way as well. The affection of the audience, though, is what he values most. Kartik is obsessed with himself and wants to make hit movies because he is desperate for their adoration. In the movie business, there is only one Shehzada.

Kartik last appeared with Alaya F in Freddy. The movie was made available on Disney+ Hotstar. Aashiqui 3, produced by Anurag Basu, is one of Kartik's upcoming projects. Shehzada, which is next up for release, is with Kriti Sanon. The movie, which also stars Manisha Koirala, Paresh Rawal, and Ronit Roy, is a Hindi adaptation of Allu Arjun's Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo.
