Kartik Aaryan seems to be having one of the busiest schedules so far, shuttling between film sets. While he is currently busy working on his next with Kiara Advani, director Kabir Khan has announced that he will begin shooting for his next with Kartik in the month of May.

According to the details shared by the filmmaker, this film is the story of a person who has remained unnoticed despite his huge contributions.

Talking about the film, Kabir said, "It’s a fascinating true story that I came across. My last film, 83, was the story of living legends that we all know about. This time around, I'm making a film about an unknown hero. I was compelled to tell this story because, as Indians, you’ll be shocked that you don't know this person. You will wonder how we let someone like this fade away."

The filmmaker, who is known for having rediscovered the talent of some celebrated actors like Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, John Abraham, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, says he is excited to work with Kartik for the first time.

Speaking about the casting, Kabir said, "I’ll most probably start shooting for the film in May. Kartik Aaryan plays the lead, and the casting of other characters is underway."

Kartik is currently in Kashmir to shoot a romantic track for his next, Satyaprem Ki Katha, which also features his Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 co-star Kiara Advani. The film is slated to release on June 29.

Kabir's last directorial venture was 83, which starred Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. The film was based on the real-life incident of the 1983 Cricket World Cup and the journey of the Indian international cricket team that won the trophy, creating history.
