Karunesh Talwar’s new special ‘Aalas Motaapa Ghabraahat’ to premiere on Amazon Prime Video

Popular stand up comic Karunesh Talwar is all set to bring forth his latest offering Aalas Motaapa Ghabraahat for his fans. The stand up special will go live on Amazon Prime Video on June 15, 2021. The new special will feature Karunesh talking about his relationship with his parents and girlfriend, his attempts at being more self-aware, and the fact that we’re all just modified versions of our parents.

In a statement, announcing his new special, Karunesh said, “I’m returning to Amazon Prime Video for my second special, Aalas Motaapa Ghabraahat, and it’s incredibly exciting to be back on the platform, especially after all the love and support I’ve received for the first special. In these unique and difficult circumstances that have prevailed over the past year and a half, it’s an enormous privilege to even get to do stand-up, let alone put out a comedy special.”

He added, “I’ve tried to stay authentic and true to myself, and said what I think is funny. I hope the viewers at home enjoy it as much as the live audience did. It’s about topics pretty much anyone can relate to, because even though we’re all different, I think many parts of the human experience are similar for almost everyone. I’m immensely grateful for the opportunity to do this, and I hope the viewers love the show.”

Karunesh had previously featured in the special Pata Nahi Par Bolna Hai which was also released on Prime Video. Filmed in a comedy club in Mumbai, in Pata Nahi Par Bolna Hai, Karunesh talks about the "Indian Uncle" and what problems has the "Uncle" species caused all over the world.
