Katrina Kaif unleashes fury as Zoya in Tiger 3; Salman Khan drops an explosive poster

The excitement for Tiger 3 is building up every other day. On October 16, 2023, the trailer for the much-anticipated film starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif will be out. Ahead of that, the superstar has dropped the brand-new solo poster of the leading lady in action. Being the first female spy in the YRF Universe, the poster boasts of Katrina's effortless look as an action star.

In the poster, the actor is seen hanging on a rope and blazing a gun, all set to pack a punch. Katrina is donning a stylish look, wearing an all-black leather jacket and pants with her hair tied in a high ponytail. She plays the role of an ISI agent in the blockbuster franchise.

While sharing the poster, Salman captioned it, "Zoya! #Tiger3Trailer is arriving on October 16th. #Tiger3 is in cinemas this Diwali. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu (sic)"

Katrina Kaif's perspective on her character:

While talking about her character, Katrina said in a statement, "Zoya is the first female spy of the YRF Spy Universe, and I’m very proud to have a character like her. She is fierce, she is courageous, she is all heart, she is loyal, she is protective, she is nurturing, and above all, she stands up for humanity every single time."

Tiger 3 reunites Salman and Katrina after four years. The duo was last seen together in Ali Abbas Zafar's Bharat, who directed them in Tiger Zinda Hai back in 2017.

Tiger 3 in the context of previous instalments:

Meanwhile, talking about the third instalment in the Tiger franchise, the film is directed by Maneesh Sharma, who is helming it after Kabir Khan and Ali. The film also features Emraan Hashmi as the main antagonist, and his character and look have been kept under wraps since the inception of the project.

Tiger 3 takes place after the events of Tiger Zinda Hai (2017), War (2019), and Pathaan, which were released earlier this year. The film will also reunite Tiger and Pathaan, that is, Salman and Shah Rukh Khan, after their iconic action sequence in the Siddharth Anand film.
