Amitabh Bachchan is all set to return with a new season of Kaun Banega Crorepati. The 16th season of the game show will soon air on Sony TV, while the episodes will also be available to stream on the SonyLIV app. The registrations for Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 will kick off on April 26, 2024. And before that, the legendary actor commenced shooting for his popular game show. He shared his first photos from the KBC 16 set on his official blog.

Amitabh Bachchan revealed that he shot non-stop for Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 on day one. The senior actor also had lunch in his car. 

"A non stop schedule beginning at 9 .. and worked till 5 without the traditional break .. done it driven off , and lunched in car .. that rolled appropriate eat and that consumption drink .. and back in the love of the game at IPL .. as exciting as all the others that are unfolding before us this season .. (sic)," a part of his blog post read.

After a hectic shoot of KBC 16, Big B reached home just in time to watch the IPL match that took place yesterday between the Chennai Super Kings and Lucknow Super Giants. "Back in the love of the game at IPL .. as exciting as all the others that are unfolding before us this season ..(sic)," added Sr Bachchan.

How to register for Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 on SonyLIV?

The registration process for Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 will commence on April 26, 2024. As reported by Times Now, people can register for the game show through the SonyLIV app and SMS.

Following is the step-by-step process for KBC 16 registration:

• Open the SonyLIV app
• Click on the KBC 16 link 
• Answer the registration question on the app
• Fill in your details in the registration form
• Click 'Submit'
• Once you click 'Submit', a message will flash on the app with the text 'Thank you for completing your KBC registration'.

While the aforementioned is the process to register for KBC 16 via the OTT app, you can also opt to register yourself via SMS. As per the portal, subscribers for Airtel, BSNL, Idea, Jio, and Vodafone can send their registration answers via SMS to 509093. The SMS format will be: KBC, Option (A, B, C or D), Age, and Gender.
