Nadhishah’s fourth directorial titled Keshu Ee Veedinte Nadhan starring Dileep released yesterday on Disney+ Hotstar, and has already won the hearts of the fans. Dileep takes on a different character after a break and ace director Sathyan Anthikad has only words of praise for the actor.
Talking to the media after the screening of the movie, the director said, “I told Dileep that there was a Dileep that we missed. In movies like Kunjikoonan or Chanthupottu, he turns into a character with a certain magic that he has and you get to see that again in the second half of this film in particular. There comes a time when Dileep does not exist anymore. The character is well presented by the actor.”
Anthikad also added that the movie is one that the family audience can enjoy.
Dileep’s characters such as Vimal Kumar (Kunjan) from Kunjikoonan, Unni from Thilakkam, Radhakrishnan from Chanthupottu and Akash from Pachakuthira still live in the hearts of the Malayali audience. The actor has shined once again in a character after a long gap.
The movie is written by Sajeev Pazhoor, who previously wrote Thondi Muthalum Dhriksakshiyum and Sathyam Paranja Viswasikkuvo. While Nadhirshah provides the music for the movie, Anil Nair is the director of photography.
Nadirshah has helmed the movie too. This is only his fourth directorial after Amar Akbar Anthony, Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan and Mera Naam Shaji. Already a fan-favourite director, Nadirshah seems to have struck gold with Keshu Ee Veedinte Nadhan.
The comedy-drama also features Urvashi, who is at her hilarious best, Anushri, Harisree Ashokan, Kalabhavan Shajon, Hareesh Kanaran, Swastika and Jaffer Idukki, among others.
The movie features a song titled Naaranga Muttaayi, which is sung by Dileep and is written and composed by Nadirshah. Produced by Dileep and Dr. Zachariah Thomas, Keshu Ee Veedinte Nadhan is another hit in Dileep's illustrious career.
