Kamal Haasan, the multi-faceted talent of Tamil cinema, is currently on a signing spree and has some highly exciting projects in his kitty. The veteran actor, who made a massive comeback to big screens in 2022 with the blockbuster movie Vikram, is joining hands with some of the finest talents of Tamil cinema for his upcoming projects. Kamal Haasan took to his official social media handles today (January 12) and announced his 237th project, with a special teaser. The highly anticipated project marks the directorial debut of action choreographer duo Anbarivu.
Kamal Haasan teams up with Anbarivu for KH 237
The electrifying announcement teaser of Kamal Haasan’s 237th outing, which has been tentatively titled KH 237, is touted to be an out-and-out mass action film. Even though the reports of the Anbarivu duo’s directorial debut have been doing the rounds for the past few weeks, the veteran actor’s collaboration with the celebrated action choreographers came out as a big surprise for his fans and cine-goers. Kamal Haasan has earlier collaborated with Anbarivu for Vikram and the upcoming Mani Ratnam directorial Thug Life.

Welcome to Raaj Kamal Films International again. #ActionInAction,” wrote the legendary actor, who is excited about playing the lead role in the duo’s directorial debut. The promising announcement teaser also hints that Kamal Haasan, who is best known for his unbelievable makeovers on the silver screen, is set to astonish audiences yet again with a look. The untitled project is jointly produced by Kamal Haasan and Mahendran under the prestigious banner Raaj Kamal Films International. More updates on the rest of the star cast and crew of the movie are expected to be out very soon.

Kamal Haasan’s massive line-up
The celebrated actor will be next seen in Indian 2, the highly anticipated S Shankar directorial, which is slated to be released in April 2024. Later, the team will release the third installment of the franchise by the second half of 2024. Kamal Haasan is expected to kickstart the shooting of Thug Life, the upcoming Mani Ratnam directorial, by next week. He is also confirmed to reunite with hitmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj for Vikram 2, the sequel to their much-loved outing, Vikram.
