Khakee: The Bengal Chapter: Neeraj Pandey spotted in Kolkata for recce

With Jeet and Prosenjit Chatterjee in the lead, Neeraj Pandey’s Khakee: The Bengal Chapter has already created a buzz in the entertainment world. It was further rumored that Parambrata Chatterjee and Saswata Chatterjee could be seen in the series. Now, Neeraj came to Kolkata for recce. He and his team have been searching for spots in North Kolkata since Monday morning. Sources say that a majority of the shooting will be held in North Kolkata. 

The shooting will be held in locations in Lalbazar, north Kolkata, and some central parts of the city. Neeraj came to Kolkata previously and had meetings with the actors. Saswata Chatterjee will also be in the series. 

Earlier, it was reported that Solanki Roy may also be a part of the show. However, according to our source, the actor will not be there in the series. Shruti Das and Chitrangada Satarupa are also heard to be in the series. Khakee: the Bihar Chapter was released in 2022 on Netflix. It featured Karan Tacker, Avinash Tiwary, Abhimanyu Singh, and others. Then Neeraj started preparations for its sequel set in Bengal. The shooting will start soon. However, the series might be released in 2025.
