Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, to be hosted by Rohit Shetty, will commence soon. One of the confirmed contestants of KKK 14 is Anupamaa-fame Aashish Mehrotra. The actor played the character of Paritosh Shah in Rajan Shahi's television show, which features Rupali Ganguly in the titular role. After it was confirmed that Aashish was doing Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, he got best wishes from his former on-screen mother and co-star Rupali. The actress wants Mehrotra to win the stunt-based reality.
Rupali Ganguly's reaction to Aashish Mehrotra in Khatron Ke Khiladi 14
In an interview with ETimes TV, Aashish Mehrotra was asked about his Anupamaa co-star Rupali Ganguly's reaction to his Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 participation. Spilling beans about the same, Mehrotra said, "The Anupamaa family is always with me and they all wished me luck. Rupali told me it’s a new chapter of your life, Dil khol ke perform karna and Jeet ke wapas aana."
Aashish further revealed his real-life mother got scared when she heard about him taking up Khatron Ke Khiladi 14. However, the actor's mom has given all her support to him for the reality show, that will air on Colors TV and stream on JioCinema.

Meanwhile, Aashish Mehrotra also mentioned he didn't get the Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 offer by the makers. Instead, the actor approached the KKK 14 makers to consider him for the reality show. "I told the makers please take me and I’m capable of doing it. I'm really blessed that the Khatron Ke Khiladi team and the channel considered me for the show," added Aashish.
The actor expressed gratitude that the makers welcomed him into the Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 family. Currently, Aashish is feeling overwhelmed because he always wanted to do this reality show and he is now living his dream.
