In November last year, actor Akshay Kumar signed a comedy film, ‘Khel Khel Mein’. It is slated to be helmed by filmmaker Mudassar Aziz. Actors namely Vaani Kapoor, Taapsee Pannu, and Ammy Virk are also a part of the film. While news developments continue to swirl around this film, Akshay has shared exciting information about it today. The ‘OMG 2’ actor has said that the shoot of Khel Khel Mein has begun.

Taking to microblogging site X today, Akshay expressed in detail how he feels knowing that the shoot of Khel Khel Mein has begun. He even shared a short video from the location of the shoot.

“Can’t help but smile when the camera rolls! Day 1 in London for #KhelKhelMein, shooting begins Need your love and best wishes,” wrote the 56-year-old on X.

Lakhs of X users have liked Akshay Kumar’s post. One internet user wrote, “Can’t wait!” in the comments section of the post. Another X user commented, “Love you, Khiladi. All the best King. Can’t wait for the expected blockbuster.”

Khel Khel Mein: Cast and Crew

In November last year, sources close to the development told Hindustan Times said that “Khel Khel Mein will see Akshay reuniting with his Bell Bottom (2021) co-star Vaani Kapoor, and also his Naam Shabana (2017) and Mission Mangal (2019) co-star Taapsee Pannu. In addition to this, the film will also star popular Punjabi singer and actor Ammy Virk in a prominent role.”

On the work front, Akshay recently shot for ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ – a film that also stars actor Tiger Shroff. It is expected to be released on the occasion of Eid next year. Akshay has also started shooting for multiple projects set to release in 2024, including the much-awaited sequel of ‘Hera Pheri’ and ‘Welcome To The Jungle’.
