Khufiya is one of the most awaited espionage thriller dramas written, directed and produced by Vishal Bhardwaj. Starring Tabu, Wamiqa Gabbi and Ali Fazal in pivotal roles, the Netflix is said to be based on a spy novel titled Escape to Nowhere by Amar Bhushan. After an intriguing official trailer, the makers dropped a chracter promo featuring Fazal as Ravi Mohan, who is called a traitor but claims to be a patriot.

Chracter Promo

The latest character promo begins by introducing Ravi Mohan as an important agent of a national agency in India, who appears to be selling secret and crucial information to the enemy of the nation and gets convicted as a 'traitor.' Mohan, played by Fazal, seems like a very simple family man, who appears more invested in his family of four, however, the official video further showcases him doing something fishy as he later claims that his thinking is far ahead of the people of this country and he is not a traitor but a 'patriot.'

The makers released the latest chracter teaser on Netflix India's YouTube channel with a special caption that reads, "Beware, Ravi Mohan ki soch hum sab se do kadam aage hai! Find out if he’s a traitor or a patriot in #Khufiya, premieres on 5 October, only on Netflix (sic)."
