Kiara Advani on Shankar's RC15: It's a different world altogether; super excited for my first pan-India film

When asked about her first-ever pan-Indian project, RC15, starring Ram Charan and directed by S. Shankar, Kiara Advani, who is currently basking in the success of her most recent films, Jug Jugg Jeeyo and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, said it had been a very unique experience. The voyage was extremely different for her from the way she looked at the world of the story, and that was the most thrilling aspect.

The actor told IANS that even though she can't disclose much about the plot or her character just yet, she can still tell that it's a whole new world. The actor said that everyone is aware of Shankar's genius, which allows him to make any narrative and character come to life. She referred to him as a magician, and working with him taught her a lot.

Kiara also said that on the set, she is a walking sponge, taking in everything that is going on. Since November of last year, they have begun filming, and they will soon go over their next schedule. She is quite excited because it's her first pan-Indian movie.

Shankar, who has won numerous awards, is best known for his films, Gentleman, Jeans, Indian, and 2.0. Every character Kiara has played, whether in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 or her earlier big-budget movies, like Kabir Singh and Shershah, for example, has a distinctive appearance. The actor places a lot of importance on developing a look for the character.

Kiara said, before citing occasions in which it had been successful for her, that the visual representation of the writer's and director's entire creative vision, in her opinion, begins with the character's appearance. Therefore, her appearance serves as a kind of mask that transports her into that world.

The actor declared that she had a few pretty distinctive looks, like Nanki's from the Netflix original series Guilty, who was such a foreign character to her, yet she was able to play her because of the way she looked. In addition to having tattoos all over her body, Nanki had outrageous clothes, hair, and makeup. Kiara was able to accurately capture the character's look and feel, as well as their body language.

However, those two characters, Dimple Cheema in Shershaah and Preeti in Kabir Singh, were the complete opposite of Nanki.

Sandeep Reddy Vanga advised Kiara that Preeti is the complete opposite of Kabir and that their love story is one of the contrasts, so she went without makeup for her. It was one of the most understated yet adored ensembles she has ever worn for Dimple Cheema in Shershaah. It was a modest, straightforward look with a bindi, kajal, and long hair. She said that, despite being straightforward, she was a powerful and noble woman.

Kiara also wrapped up filming for the Dharma Productions movie Govinda Naam Mera, which stars Vicky Kaushal and Bhumi Pednekar and is scheduled for release at the end of this year.
