Kim Kardashian's other films

Kardashian's foray into feature film acting and producing comes on the heels of her memorable role in the latest season of FX's American Horror Story, where she played a sharp-tongued publicist. Her previous acting credits include a cameo in the 2018’ heist film Ocean's Eight, and voice work in the animated PAW Patrol movies.

The Fifth Wheel will release on Netflix

On November 27, Deadline revealed that Netflix has finally acquired the rights for The Fifth Wheel, after the pre-Thanksgiving auction. Kim has sold it to Netflix. A source told Deadline that Kim has been actively involved in promoting her upcoming female-driven comedy film. She has personally attended every pitch meeting to passionately present the project to potential studio partners. Her involvement and business acumen have attracted significant interest from Hollywood studios, eager to collaborate with the TV star.

Netflix’s this purchase marks one of the major sales after the SAG-AFTRA strike, which ended earlier this month.
