‘King of Romance’ Shah Rukh Khan REFUSES to woo young women in films a la Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan?

Shah Rukh Khan, who is tagged as Bollywood’s ‘King of Romance,’ might just have added terms and conditions to his clause of romancing women. This actor might not romance young women any longer. This move comes in a time when his contemporaries Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan have already romanced younger actresses.

According to a report on BollywoodLife, Shah Rukh Khan has added a few clauses to his contract. One of them reads that he would only work with the actresses he has worked with in the past. The clause can be altered and the makers could introduce a new face but even that actress needs to be of SRK’s age. Now this comes as a surprise.

Akshay Kumar has been romancing many young actors including Vaani Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar. On the other hand, Salman Khan had recently romanced Disha Patani in Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai.

Shah Rukh Khan himself had shared a complicated equation, one that could be considered close to love, with Alia Bhatt in Dear Zindagi. However, it looks like the actor might be past that phase.

The reports state that SRK took the stance after netizens started trolling Bollywood actors for romancing young heroines. One very evident troll also involves Salman Khan, who has romanced both the elder sister Karisma Kapoor and her younger sister Kareena Kapoor Khan in films.

SRK might also not make any extra efforts in his roles to look young. He wants to play his age on screen, the report shares.

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan is coming back with three movies. He is a part of YRF’s Pathaan. The actor is also working on Atlee’s Jawan and Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki. While there isn’t a great deal of guarantee on which film will release first, seeing SRK’s current pace, it looks like his fans will get to see his movies back-to-back.
