Touted to be an action thriller, after much delays, Kingdom released in theatres on July 31, Thursday. As per reports, Kingdom is expected to have an opening of over Rs 15 crore on its first day. So far, the highest Telugu openers for this year is Ram Charan's Game Changer with Rs 54 crore followed by Hari Hara Veera Mallu starring Pawan Kalyan with Rs 47.5 crores. If Kingdom indeed opens with Rs 15 crore, then it will surpass Dhanush and Nagarjuna's Kuberaa, Naga Chaitanya's Thandel and Vishnu Manchu's Kannappa.
