Kingston on OTT: What time and where GV Prakash’s sea adventure film will begin streaming

Kingston, the recently released Tamil film starring actor-composer GV Prakash in the lead role, is all set to make its OTT debut. ZEE5 has bagged the post-theatrical streaming rights of the film and is gearing up for digital premiere of the sea fantasy horror film. Kingston marks the second collaboration of GV Prakash with Divya Bharathi, his Bachelor co-star. It is also GV Prakash’s 25th film as lead actor, after starring in films like Sivappu Manjal Pachai and Selfie .

Kingston on OTT: What time will GV Prakash’s sea adventure film will begin streaming

Multi-faceted GV Prakash Kumar, who is expecting the release of Good Bad Ugly, last starred in 2025 Tamil film Kingston. The film is a sea adventure horror film which released in March. Now, after completing its theatrical run, Kingston is set to make its OTT debut. ZEE5 has bagged the streaming rights, and will premiere on April 13. Kingston will begin premiering on ZEE TV and OTT at 12pm on April 13, in Tamil, the streaming platform announced.

Kingston marks the second collaboration of GV Prakash with Divya Bharathi, with whom he earlier worked in romantic courtroom drama Bachelor. Besides GV Prakash and Divya Bharathi, Kingston also features a cast comprising of Chetan, Azhagam Perumaal, Elango Kumaravel, Sabumon Abdusamad, Antony, Arunachaleswaran, Rajesh Balachandiran in pivotal roles.

What is Kingston about?

Kingston is written and directed by Kamal Prakash, the film revolves around a fishing village of Thoovathur which is banned from fishing. GV Prakash plays the titular role Kingston who takes up to venture into the sea, after getting to know that he is used to smuggling drugs instead of sea cucumbers.

Kingston has music by GV Prakash, who also produced the film. Gokul Benoy is the cinematographer of the film, and San Lokesh has edited the feature.
