Kiran Abbavaram, who has had as many as three releases in the last one year including SR Kalyana Mandapam, Sebastian PC 524 and Sammathame, will be seen in an out-and-out mass avatar in his next, Nenu Meeku Baaga Kavalsinavaadini. The film has hogged the limelight in the recent months, for it marks the production debut of late director Kodi Ramakrishna's daughter Kodi Divya Deepthi. The entertainer has screenplay and dialogues by Kiran Abbavaram himself and is directed by Sridhar Gadhe.
The teaser of Nenu Meeku Baaga Kavalsinavaadini was launched earlier today. The film features Sanjana Anand and Sonu Thakur in key roles as well. The glimpse suggests that Kiran Abbavaram plays a driver in the film who's told by every second person to mind his behaviour and the former is extremely frustrated with the stray comments he hears from people on a day-to-day basis. He is very amused by the habits of modern-day women and their lifestyle.
In the company of an elderly man, he tries to do what it takes to win over his romantic interest and confront her father. How does he surpass the many roadblocks in his path? Nenu Meeku Baaga Kavalsinavaadini is unabashed about playing to the galleries and tries to mirror the many frustrations of a lower-middle class youngster in his 20s. More like SR Kalyana Mandapam, the film is set in a mainstream space and there's no scope for subtlety or nuance.
Produced by Kodi Divya Deepthi under Kodi Divyaa Entertainments, the film has cinematography by Raj Nalli and is edited by Prawin Pudi. Upendra Reddy is the art director and Baba Bhaskar is the choreographer. Leading composer Mani Sharma has scored the music for the same. Bharat Rongali is the executive producer. Meanwhile, Kiran Abbavaram's last release, Sammathame, is premiering on aha on July 15.
