Kiran Abbavaram's cop drama, Sebastian PC 524, confirms theatrical release on February 25; here's the new poster

Kiran Abbavaram, who made his debut with an aesthetically shot, neatly made romance Raja Vaaru Rani Gaaru, cemented his position as a promising talent with SR Kalyana Mandapam, which managed to draw crowds to the big screens a few days right after the second wave of the pandemic when the theatres across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana had just opened. While he's currently shooting for Sammathame and Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha, his next theatrical release is Sebastian PC 524. The film is slated for for a February 25 release.

For the uninitiated, Sebastian PC 524 is a bilingual cop drama that will hit theatres in Telugu and Tamil simultaneously. Namratha Darekar and Komalee Prasad are cast as the leading ladies in the film directed by Balaji Sayyapureddy. Kiran Abbavaram, for the first time in his career, essays the role of a police officer suffering from night blindness in the film, where one of the posters also hint,"I have night blindness, tell no one - Seba." A new poster with a stylish Kiran Abbavaram riding a bike in front of a church in a street was released by the makers recently.

The team plans to embark on a promotional campaign soon and are planning to unveil its teaser in a few days. Sebastian PC 524 is bankrolled by Pramod and Raju under Jovitha Cinemas and is presented by Elite Entertainments. Ghibran, on a high after a terrific score for Ashok Galla-Nidhhi Agerwal starrer Hero, has composed the music for the project. Raj K Nalli has cranked the camera for the thriller while Kiran Mamidi and Viplav Nyshadam are also part of the team as the art director and the editor respectively. Anji (Master) handles the stunts.
