Sara Ali Khan’s equation with all of her co-stars has been the talk of the town but one especially became extremely popular. That is her equation with her Love Aaj Kal (2020) co-star Kartik Aaryan. It looks like the actress has now taken a dig at her co-star, who is rumoured to be her ex-boyfriend, at Koffee With Karan 7.

Karan Johar released the trailer of his upcoming Disney+Hotstar show, Kofee With Karan 7. In the promo, Sara was heard talking about her ex.

In fact, Karan asked her why is her ex, her ex. Sara gave a pretty nasty reply to that. She said that it is because he is everybody’s ex.

Interestingly, Janhvi Kapoor, who was sitting right next to her on the coffee couch, agreed. She whispered, “I know.”

Was Sara taking a dig at Kartik? It sure appears like that. Soon after rumours of Sara and Kartik’s break-up, there were rumours about him going ahead and dating his Pati Patni Aur Woh co-star Ananya Panday.

Before Sara and Ananya, Kartik was rumoured to be dating his Pyaar Ka Punchnama and Sonu Ki Titu Ki Sweety co-star Nushratt Bharrucha. He was also rumoured to be in a relationship with Fatima Sana Shaikh for a brief period of time.

Co-incidentally, Sara had been quite vocal about her affection for Kartik on the Koffee couch itself. When she came on the show with her father Saif Ali Khan, Sara had stated that she would like to take Kartik out for coffee.

Soon after that, Ranveer Singh played cupid and Sara and Kartik met. Their bond grew as the two worked on Imtiaz Ali’s Love Aaj Kal and the rest is history.
