Koffee With Karan 8: Did you know that Karan Johar was traumatised by THIS Person on the sets of Shah Rukh Khan starrer DDLJ!

We are referring to the eternal ‘coffee host’… we mean… ‘koffee’ host Karan Johar, who is now all set to storm your entertainment screens with yet another brewing episode of Koffee With Karan, which is presently in its eighth season. The upcoming episode will have the two giants of Bollywood who will be gracing the ‘koffee kouch’. No prizes for guessing their names. We are indeed referring to Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty.

Ever since the makers of the show had released the promo video featuring the awesome twosome Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty, it has been creating buzz like never before. There were many secrets which had been revealed during the show.

As per a recent news report in Pinkvilla, it has been written that Karan Johar goes on to tell Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty about an incident that had happened on the sets of Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, which starred Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol as the leading pair.

The report stated that Karan Johar confessed before the Singham duo that he was left traumatized by the late actor Amrish Puri on the sets of Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge. And when asked about the reason, Karan said that he was working as an Assistant Director (AD) in the film, which had Amrish Puri play the role of extremely strict Baldev Singh, who happens to be the onscreen father of Kajol. Karan revealed that Amrish Puri, who used to be extremely particular about the detailing, used to come to him and enquire about the time, to which he readily replied.

Then, Amrish Puri had asked Karan that he was referring to London time so that he could set his watch accordingly. The late actor also used to ask Karan about the method to drape his shawl. At this, Ajay Devgn also shared his thoughts about the great actor, with whom he had worked in his debut film ‘Phool Aur Kante’.
