Koffee With Karan 8 promo - Karan Johar calls Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor 'sasta version of Kardashians'; watch their reaction

The younger daughter of Sridevi and Boney Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, will be appearing on Koffee With Karan for the first time. Janhvi Kapoor, her sister and actor, will accompany her on the show. On Monday, Karan Johar released the promo of the episode.

In the video, Karan Johar asks a series of rapid-fire questions to Khushi. "If there will be a reality show of your family then what would you like to be called it?" he asks her. Khushi replied, “World-class Kardashians’. Immediately, Karan remarked, "Like the sasta version of the Kardashians." In response, Janhvi exclaimed, "Why.. How dare she?" Karan laughed at this.

The Kapoor sisters will also divulge some family secrets and provide some insight into their dating experiences in this episode. Rumors have it that Khushi is dating Vedang Raina, her co-star in "The Archies." When KJo asked her about this, Khushi mentioned a moment from a movie featuring Shah Rukh Khan when Karan questioned her about the same thing. She laughed and continued, "There's a scene in Om Shanti Om where the celebrities say, 'Om and I are just best friends.'"

Janhvi Kapoor's projects

Janhvi's upcoming film is Mr & Mrs Mahi, also starring Rajkummar Rao. The film is set to release theatrically on April 19, 2024. It is directed by Sharan Sharma, who helmed 'Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl' featuring Janhvi

After The Archies, Khushi Kapoor will reportedly star on screen alongside Ibrahim Ali Khan for a romantic drama.
