Koffee with Karan Season 8: Sunny Deol has a message for Shah Rukh Khan; dislikes Akshay Kumar for doing ‘too many films’

The second episode of Koffee with Karan Season 8 is out with a bang! Hosted by filmmaker Karan Johar, the second episode of the chat show featured Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol in the spotlight. From commenting about their father’s performance in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani to talking about Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar, the Deol brothers spill it all.

Sunny Deol has a message for Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar

During a conversation on the show, Karan reminded Sunny how he was not on good terms with Shah Rukh Khan for a long period of time. However, the situation is better now.

First of all, Sunny lauded the fact that Shah Rukh Khan is very hardworking in nature. However, he also underlined that he does not like Shah Rukh treating ‘actors a commodity’. Hearing this, Karan exclaimed ‘Oh God’. Clarifying it, Sunny highlighted how Shah Rukh's Khan endorses brand deals. “He's the face of everything from steel rods to home furnishings to even Vimal elaichi,” mentioned Sunny.

Later during the conversation, Sunny appreciated how disciplined Akshay Kumar is on his professional front. However, Sunny cheekily mentioned that he does not appreciate him for working on so many movies at a single point in time. Sunny confessed that Akshay does ‘too many movies’ in a year.

Sunny and Bobby even mentioned that they do not mind their dad, actor Dharmendra romancing Shabana Azmi on screen at the age of 87.

Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol grace the couch at a time when their professional fronts are roaring under success. Sunny recently delivered the Bollywood blockbuster ‘Gadar 2’, while Bobby will soon feature in Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal.
