Netflix India announced that Kohrra Season 2 will be released on February 11, 2026. They also shared a poster featuring Mona and Barun, who are looking closely to a serious case. Sharing this, the streaming platform captioned it, "Dhundh mein sach kho jaata hai.

Kohrra Season 2 continues the gritty Punjabi crime-drama, shedding light on a new complex murder mystery involving a brutally murdered, dismembered woman found in her brother's home. The case brings together transferred cop Garundi (Barun Sobti) and tough new boss Dhanwant Kaur (Mona Singh), while exploring their intertwined personal lives, with Sudip Sharma directing and producing this season.
Like Season 1, the story promises to dive deep into complex family secrets, mental instability, and the darker sides of Punjab, with new layers of mystery and personal challenges for the characters.

"This season as well, we’ve tried to bring forth as authentic a portrayal of Punjab as possible, with the characters rooted in a universal reality we’ve seen play out across the country. The show's an emotional roller-coaster. Barun and Mona have done a fantastic job, and I can’t wait for people to see it for themselves," he said.
