Govinda badly injured himself earlier this month after his gun misfired. The actor was rushed to the hospital for a few days and had multiple visitors including Kashmera Shah and Arti Singh. However, Krushna Abhishek could not go to visit him as he was not in India. Now, the comedian-actor has visited his uncle at his residence marking an end to their seven-year-long rift.
After visiting his mama Govinda at his residence, Krushna Abhishek talked about how he felt when he heard about the shocking accident. He revealed that he almost canceled his Australia tour when he heard about his uncle's accident. "But after reassurance from the hospital staff and Kashmera, I continued. Upon returning to India, I visited Mama at home for the first time in seven years. It felt like completing a long vanvaas," he added.
The comedian also shared how the reunion was filled with jokes, laughter, and talks about the old times. He expressed relief as the past was not brought up and they moved on from the feud. Talking to ETimes, Krushna said, "I'm glad we've buried the hatchet," said Krushna. "Families can have misunderstandings, but nothing keeps us apart for long," continues the comedian.

Further talking about Hero No 1 actor's health, Krushna said, "He’s recovering well. I spent about an hour with him and met Nammo (Govinda’s daughter, Tina Ahuja) after seven long years. It was such an emotional moment; I just hugged her.”
However, Krushna did not meet Govinda's wife Sunita Ahuja but said that he is looking forward to reconnecting with her soon. He said, "I couldn’t meet Mami as she was busy, but honestly, I was a bit scared to face her because I knew she would scold me (laughs). Par aapse nasamjhi mein kuch galti ho jaaye toh badhon ki daant sunne ke liye bhi taiyyar rehna chahiye."
