Even though he has done many reality shows like Comedy Circus and others in the past, he shot to superlative overnight fame with The Kapil Sharma Show.

In a recent interview with the ace comedienne Bharti Singh on her podcast Bharti TV, Krushna Abhishek revealed the remuneration that he was making while working in Comedy Circus. Krushna revealed that he had signed Comedy Circus purely for the sake of money and that he was very happy with it. He revealed that the show’s makers were giving him Rs. 1.5 lakh per episode.
The ace comic actor also added that they had given him a lot of respect because he was the nephew of Govinda. He also added that he was so in awe of the fact that he would be making Rs. 3 lakh per day!
Krushna, also went on to reveal about his acting journey stint in Bhojpuri films. Throwing light on that aspect of his life, he said that he was paid Rs. 3 lakh per Bhojpuri film that he had acted in. And for that, he would shoot for 30 days, day and night, and then make that much money.
Not the one to shy away from his stint in Bhojpuri films, he said that he was very proud of his work in Bhojpuri films. In the same breath, he also spoke about a film, whose majority of the scenes he could not understand. But, the fate of the film turned out to be such that it went into become a superhit film at the box office!
As for the professional front, Krushna Abhishek will now be seen showing off his trademark antics and hysterics in the much awaited upcoming The Great Indian Kapil Show, which is headed by Kapil Sharma. Besides the two actors, the show will also see Sunil Grover, Archana Puran Singh, Kiku Sharda and Rajiv Thakur playing integral part on the show. The said comedy show will soon premiere on the OTT major Netflix.
