Kuberaa: Nagarjuna wraps up dubbing for Dhanush film ahead of June 20 release

Telugu actor Nagarjuna has wrapped up dubbing for his upcoming film Kuberaa, headlined by Dhanush, the makers of the film shared the update on Saturday. Slated to release on June 20 in theatres, Kuberaa also features Rashmika Mandanna and Jim Sarbh in prominent roles.

With Thug Life being a disappointment and Hari Hara Veera Mallu postponed, Tamil and Telugu cinema are gearing up for the release of Kuberaa. Directed by Love Story filmmaker Sekhar Kammula, the film stars Dhanush, Nagarjuna and others.

On Saturday, the makers announced that the Oopiri actor has wrapped up dubbing for the film. It is just a couple of weeks left for Kuberaa to hit theatres on June 20. Kuberaa is expected to surround the theme of money with Nagarjuna playing a rich person.

Releasing in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi, Kuberaa also features Rashmika Mandanna and Jim Sarbh, who is seen in films like Taish and Ok Tata Bye Bye. The music is scored by Devi Sri Prasad. Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP, and Amigos Creations Pvt Ltd are jointly producing the film. The post-theatrical streaming rights of Kuberaa are with Prime Video.

Nagarjuna films on OTT to stream

Before you catch Kuberaa on big screens, you can stream some of Nagarjuna's films on streaming platforms. Some of them include Manam in which Nagarjuna plays a man who lost his parents in childhood and years later comes across two college goers who look like his father and mother, Gaganam directed by Radha Mohan in which the actor played the role of a commando, and Rakshakudu co-starring Sushmita Sen. All these films are available on OTTplay Premium.

Meanwhile, Nagarjuna will also star in the upcoming Tamil film Coolie, headlined by Rajinikanth. Scheduled to release on August 14, the film is written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The cast also includes Sathyaraj, Upendra, Shruti Haasan, Soubin Shahir and others.
