Kuruthi Aattam trailer: Atharvaa takes on some ruthless gangsters in this action drama

The trailer of Atharvaa's upcoming film Kuruthi Aattam was released recently. The film, directed by Sri Ganesh of 8 Thottal fame, is an action entertainer and we see Atharvaa taking on some ruthless gangsters in the teaser, Radikaa Sarathkumar, Vatsan Chakravarthy to name a few. The portions have been mainly canned in Madurai and the audience can expect some heavy-duty action. Priya Bhavani Shankar, who plays the leading lady of the film, plays an honest teacher. 

The trailer was released by Venkat Prabhu, Pa Ranjith and Lokesh Kanagaraj. Atharvaa shared the trailer and wrote on his social media page, "Here the official trailer of #Kuruthiattam ! 💥In Theaters near you from August 5th @priya_Bshankar @sri_sriganesh89 @thisisysr @realradikaa @Rockfortent @kbsriram16 @FiveStarAudioIn @DoneChannel1 https://youtu.be/tqgOBY91IlM (sic)."

The film is all set to hit screens on August 5. Sri Ganesh wrote that he can't describe his emotions. "Words can't describe the Emotions Iam going through right now. #KuruthiAattam from Aug 5!! The supporting cast includes Radha Ravi, Kanna Ravi,Prakash Raghavan and Baby Priyadarshini. Music for the film is by Yuvan Shankar Raja and lyrics are by Yugabharathi and Karthik Neha. Cinematography is by Balasubramaniem and editing by NB Srikanth. The film is produced by Rockfort Entertainment. Kuruthi Attam was supposed to be ready for release in 2020 itself, but had to be postponed due to the pandemic. Later, the film got entangled in some legal issues. Now, fans of Atharvaa are glad that Kuruthi Aattam is finally gearing up for release.
