Kushi: Big-hearted Vijay Deverakonda announces Rs 1 crore as a gift to needy families, deets inside

Kushi is one of the biggest hits in the career of Vijay Deverakonda. The romantic drama has taken off to a good start at the box office and the makers are thrilled with the success of the film. They arranged for a success celebration in Vizag and Vijay Deverakonda made heads turn by making a heartfelt speech at the event. Mythri Movie Makers produced Kushi and Samantha Ruth Prabhu played the female lead.

Speaking at the event, Vijay Deverakonda made a heartfelt announcement that he will donate Rs 1 crore from the earnings of the film Kushi. The moment he announced this, the crowd erupted in joy and gave Vijay a standing ovation.

Going into details, Vijay revealed that he will select 100 families in Telugu states and will donate one lakh each to them in the next few days. Vijay added that he will create an online form and people in need can apply through the form and the team will select those who are in need of money and donate the money to them. 

This is one great gesture from Vijay Deverakonda who always has helped the poor many a time. This special gesture from him has won hearts all over and fans are praising Vijay for his big heart. On the other hand, Samantha has landed back to India after her US trip and will join the post-release promotions of the film soon. 

The pre-release business of the film has been locked at Rs 52 crores and by the looks of it, Kushi will easily cross that mark at the box office. Shiva Nirvana has directed this film which is about a couple who belong to different religious beliefs and this creates an issue in their marriage.
