Angad’s release
Tulsi and Mihir’s son is finally out of jail after his friend Sameer confesses to the police that he was the one driving at the time of the accident and Angad is innocent. Soon Angad is granted bail. Both Tulsi and Mihir go to take him back to Shanti Niketan (their home). During a conversation between Angad and Sameer, Tulsi learns about the accident night as she overhears the friends discussing the entire incident.
Vrinda and Malti’s confrontation
After Vrinda finds a stash of cash in her home, she confronts her mother, Malti Gokhali. However, things take a turn when Malti slaps her and lashes out at her for being too innocent in this cruel world. She asks her to remain quiet about the whole justice thing and even blackmails her emotionally. However, Vrinda is firm on speaking against all kinds of injustice. She requests her mother and sister-in-law to return the bribe money, but all in vain.
Pari agrees to arrange marriage
Tulsi and Mihir’s daughter, Pari, finally agrees to meet the businessman son of her father’s friend. She also apologises to her parents for letting them down. The family is now planning to arrange a meeting with a boy and his family for Pari.
New villain
Episode 8 of Kyunki 2 introduces us to the potential villain of the reboot series, and he will soon be getting connected to the Virani family as well. In the final moments of yesterday night’s episode, we witness that the guy Pari is set up with is actually the brother-in-law of the wicked man, who framed Angad for the accident by bribing a traffic policeman to delete the CCTV footage.
