As part of the third schedule for the Mohanlal-starring film L2 Empuraan, actor Indrajith Sukumaran shared pictures of himself with his brother, director Prithviraj Sukumaran, in New York. By the end of February, this schedule had begun in the United States.
“Bro bonding in New York,” wrote the actor. Prithviraj’s wife, Supriya, can also be seen in a photo. Indrajith Sukumaran is prepared to play Govardhan again in the movie.
Recently, while travelling to the United States, Prithviraj and his brother Indrajith Sukumaran—who is said to have a larger role in the Lucifer sequel—were seen at the airport with their respective spouses, Supriya Menon and Poornima Indrajith.

A few days ago, Tovino Thomas also joined the USA schedule. To the delight of his fans and movie buffs, the actor's still from a recent shoot featuring L2 Empuraan crew members surfaced online.
L2 Empuraan’s next schedule in Chennai
Prithviraj Sukumaran and the rest of the cast will return to India for the remaining filming after concluding this schedule in the USA. According to reports, the movie's fourth schedule is scheduled to begin in Chennai during the third week of March 2024. Director Prithviraj intends to film the majority of the film in Chennai for a month before returning to Kerala to complete the remaining scenes.
Prithviraj Sukumaran’s third directorial
Malayalam superstar Mohanlal rejoins the franchise, playing Khureshi Ab'Ram, aka Stephen Nedumpally. October 2023 saw the launch of the eagerly awaited project, which had its first schedule in Ladakh.
The film also stars Prithviraj, who will return to his role as Zayed Masood. It is anticipated that Tovino Thomas, Manju Warrier, Baiju Santhosh, Sai Kumar, and Shivaji Guruvayoor—among the other cast members of Lucifer—will also make appearances in the action drama. Sujith Vaassudev is helming the camera work for L2 Empuraan. The original score and songs are composed by Deepak Dev. Aashirvad Cinemas and Lyca Productions have bankrolled this movie.
