Aadujeevitham star KR Gokul has been reportedly roped in for Tharun Moorthy’s next directorial, which has been tentatively titled L360. The young actor will be reportedly playing the lead star Mohanlal’s son in this untitled project, according to the latest reports. A few days ago, the movie—which has M Renjith as its producer— was announced by the makers.

Gokul has been getting a lot of praise for his outstanding performance as Hakeem in Blessy's movie Aadujeevitham. The audience appreciated him for his character transformation just as much as they lauded Prithviraj Sukumaran, who played the lead role.

In an OTTplay interview, Gokul talked about how much he loves to act. He continued by saying that he is listening to scripts right now and will soon commit to the ones he likes. Gokul, however, withheld any information regarding committed works.

It is compelling to note that the superstar is starring in a movie that will mostly be filmed in Ranni, Pathanamthitta, as a taxi driver. The latest developments have led moviegoers to speculate that the project could be a resurrected version of Mohanlal's long-ago delayed film Benz Vasu, which also starred the veteran actor in the role of a taxi driver.

The director revealed that the upcoming Mohanlal film has a different focus in a recent interview with OTTplay. He did not, however, go into any additional details regarding the movie's plot or Mohanlal's role in it.

Recent reports state that the film starring Mohanlal is scheduled to begin production by mid-April 2024. If so, there is a good chance the much-anticipated film will be released in theatres by the end of this year. The female lead, the remaining star cast, and the technical team for the untitled project have not yet been finalised by the creators. It is anticipated that L360's official title and first glimpse into Mohanlal’s character will be made public shortly.
