L366: Meera Jasmine's character poster from Mohanlal-Tharun Moorthy's film is out

Superstar Mohanlal and Meera Jasmine will reunite in the next Tharun Moorthy-directed film L366. For Meera Jasmine, who has not been in a full-length role in a Mohanlal-starrer for nearly 13 years, this is a big move increasing the anticipation for this untitled movie. The makers dropped her character poster from this movie today (February 15).

Who is Meera Jasmine playing in Mohanlal’s L366?

In the most recent poster, Meera Jasmine plays Nicey, who is seen turning around while standing with a sly expression against the background of a supermarket. 'Nicey Niceaanu' is the tagline, indicating that this character is nice in Malayalam. The makers had recently released Mohanlal's character poster as well. In the film, the Empuraan-star portrays T S Lovelajan, a police officer. For this role, he sported a clean-shaven appearance, which his fans liked so much. 

For a while now, there have been rumours that Meera Jasmine would play the lead in a Mohanlal film. Meanwhile, Tharun Moorthy recently confirmed on Instagram that Meera is indeed a part of his forthcoming film, marking his second partnership with Mohanlal following the success of Thudarum, which can be watched on JioHotstar and OTTplay Premium. "Absolutely — her territory, no doubts," Tharun captioned a photo of Meera arriving at the scene. "To all the good times ahead" was another comment made by Meera on the page. The movie began production in January 2026.

These two actors have always been appreciated as one of the best on-screen pairs in Malayalam. Mohanlal and Meera Jasmine first worked together in Rasathanthram, which was helmed by seasoned director Sathyan Anthikad. The last time Meera costarred with Mohanlal in a full-length role was in the 2012 film, Ladies & Gentlemen.

In the more recent Mohanlal-starrer Hridayapoorvam, directed by Sathyan Anthikad, Meera Jasmine had a brief appearance. Meera Jasmine's recent film was Queen Elizabeth with Narain and Paalum Pazhavum. Both Hridayapoorvam and Queen Elizabeth are streaming on OTTplay Premium.
