Following their 2025 box office success, Thudarum, superstar Mohanlal and Tharun Moorthy are getting back together for L366. Since its announcement last year, the actor's fans have only become more enthusiastic about the film. Production on the film started in January, and it will soon move on to its next schedule. According to online rumors, the film's next schedule in Thodupuzha is scheduled to begin on February 23 and continue until April 12. After a total of 130 days of production, the shoot is probably going to be finished by the middle of June. Additionally, it has been stated that the producers plan to have the film released in theatres in October or November of 2026, during the pooja festival holidays. After production is over, fans are waiting for the title to be released.

The movie, which is tentatively named "L366," was written by Ratheesh Ravi, who is most known for his earlier films, including Pullikkaran Stara, Ishq, Adi, and Alappuzha Gymkhana. Cinematographer Shaji Kumar and music director Jakes Bejoy are among the technical team of the movie.

In the latest poster, Meera Jasmine portrays Nicey, who is seen standing with a sly expression against the backdrop of a supermarket and turning around. The tagline, "Nicey Niceaanu," suggests that this character is nice. Mohanlal's character poster was also just revealed by the producers. Meanwhile, the Empuraan star plays police officer T S Lovelajan in the movie. His fans really enjoyed his clean-shaven image for this role.
