Hate her or love her but you can't stop Lakshmi Manchu from being in the news - this time around for a good reason. After hosting multiple talk shows across Telugu television channels Gemini TV, ETV, Zee Telugu and for the OTT platform Voot, she'll yet again be the face of a unique celebrity-based show for the OTT platform aha. Titled aha Bhojanambu, the show will have her bond with the biggest celebrities in Tollywood over food. Each of the celebrity guests will cook their favourite delicacy during the show and share the recipe and of course have fun conversations with the host.
aha has been the only OTT platform to have come up with Telugu non fiction content regularly over the last year with many shows like All is Well, Samantha's interview series Sam Jam, Viva Harsha's Tamasha with Harsha and the third season of Rana's No.1 Yaari. With a culinary dimension to the new show and work-from-home being a reality for many these days, aha Bhojanamu couldn't have got its timing any better. The talk show is jointly presented by MTR and Himalaya Pure Hands.
Sunay Bhasin, Chief Commercial Officer, MTR Foods Pvt. Ltd, expressing his happiness over collaborating with aha Bhojanambu shares, "MTR has a wide variety of food products to appeal to Telugu-speaking households for all occasions. We couldn't have asked for a better platform than aha Bhojanambu to present our products to a wide audience. The show utilises the celebrity presence efficiently to tap the viewer's boundless love and enthusiasm for tasty food."
Sarfraz Rumane, GM – Health & Hygiene (Consumer Products Division), Himalaya Wellness added, “We are happy to associate with aha for the celebrity cooking show - aha Bhojanambu. This is a wonderful platform to emphasise the importance of good hygeine and aha's reach would go a long way in giving a voice to our brand's aim to share happiness through wellness."
Some of the celebrities who're expected to turn up at aha Bhojanambu include Rakul Preet Singh, Tharun Bhascker, Vishnu Manchu, Akhil Akkineni, Prakash Raj, Anand Deverakonda, Rana Daggubati and Vishwak Sen.
