Lakshmikanth Chenna's Commitment to finally see the light of the day; here's when the film hits theatres

Popular editor, filmmaker and a regular collaborator with director Krish, Lakshmikanth Chenna has made a handful of films in the past including Ninna Nedu Repu, Hyderabad Nawabs, Parichayam and Run. His upcoming film Commitment, which wrapped its shoot quite a while before, couldn't release as per plan owing to several issues. Finally, the film will be seeing the light of the day at theatres on August 19. Tejaswi Madiwada, Ramya Pasupuleti play pivotal roles in the film. 

The cast of Commitment also comprises Seemer Singh, Anveshi Jain, Amit Tiwari, Surya Srinivas, Maganti Srinath, Abhay Reddy, Tanishq Jain, Raja Ravindra and others, to name a few. The film is produced by Neelima Taduri, Baldev Singh under F3 Productions and Foot Loose Entertainment. The story of Commitment throws light on the dark, unexplored side to the glamour world, where women are reduced to objects. The teaser of the film confirmed its intent, a no-holds-barred view on the industry.

The makers of the film have already wrapped post-production formalities. Commitment completed its certification recently and reportedly received a lot of praise from the committee. The producers Baldev Singh and Neelima Taduri are leaving no stone unturned to ensure a grand release of the film across Telugu states on August 19. In a statement, they said, "We gave it our everything to the film and our actors have done a fabulous job with adequate support from technicians."

Naresh Kumaran has scored the music for the film which has cinematography by Sajeesh Rajendran, Naresh Rana. Prawin Pudi is the editor and Supriya Battepati is the art director. Santhosh Harsha, Karthik, Arjun, Kalli Kalyan have penned the dialogues. Poorna Chari, Gandhi have penned the lyrics with Harikiran handling dance choreography. Dwarkesh is the executive producer.
