The storyline revolves around the character of Netra Patil, who only has a hundred days left to live because of her terminal illness.

The show is based on a crime mystery novel by Agatha Christie, The Sittaford Mystery. In this series, Lara essayed the character of Wilayat Hussain while Wamiqa Gabbi played the titular role of Charlie Chopra.
