The protagonists of the film are Mlaathi Chedathi and her helper Peeyoos, who reside in a secluded hut in a hilly area with a pack of dogs and dense forest. They soon get tense due to her spouse Kuriyachan's past. The cast of Eko includes Vineeth, Narain, Ashokan, and Binu Pappu in addition to Sandeep Pradeep in the title role.

While driving to a much-anticipated drinking party with two friends, Anish receives a surprise call from Anjana, his ex-lover who is in town for a day. The decision they made to meet sets off an evening of reignited emotions and difficult choices. The main actors in this movie are Roshan Mathew and Zarin Shihab.

At the centre of the film is a young couple played by Unni Mukundan and Aparna Balamurali. In search of his long-cherished dream and life with Leena, Gulf returnee Sanal travels through the wild landscapes of Idukki. However, their efforts for reunion is impacted by unanticipated events.
