This Telugu rural drama is set in Rayalaseema, delving into the happenings of a powerful family which is constantly facing threats from its rivals. Raghu Kunche and Raghu Babu play the lead roles in this film, directed by Bellam Ramakrishna Reddy. Devagudi had a forgettable run at the cinemas and it remains to be seen if there will be any takers for the film in the digital space.

A Telugu film, Om Shanti Shanti Shantihi is the adaptation of the Malayalam film Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey. Prashanthi, an educated woman, marries chauvinistic fish vendor, Omkar Naidu. Despite being an almost faithful remake, Om Shanti Shanti Shantihi could not repeat the success of the Malayalam original.

Aju Varghese plays a key role in the movie along with Reba Monica John and Divya Pillai.
