The son wants her to dress ‘modestly’ and wear a blouse as his fiancee’s family would be visiting them soon. Her quiet resistance would make you ponder about societal expectations and what is considered acceptable and what is not. Actress Geetha Kailasam lends dignity and strength to Angammal with her nuanced performance. Saran Shakthi, Thendral Raghunathan and Bharani are also part of the film, directed by Vipin Radhakrishnan.
