As we are nearing the end of 2024, and the festive season of Christmas is upon us, it is time to watch some films and enjoy with our families. Here are some of the Tamil titles that you can watch on OTT and theatres in the coming days. Check out:

Kanguva – Prime Video (December 8)

Kanguva stars Suriya in the lead role, and is directed by Siva. Also starring Disha Patani, Bobby Deol, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, KS Ravikumar, Karunas, Natty and others, the film revolves around a bounty hunter who comes across a small boy who escapes an experiment, reminding the former of his previous birth as warrior prince. Actor Karthi makes a special appearance in the film towards the end, leading to a sequel.

Miss You – Theatres (December 13)

Miss You is a romantic drama starring Siddharth in the lead role. The film is directed by filmmaker N Rajasekar. Apart from Siddharth, Ashika Ranganath, Karunakaran, Bala Saravanan, Lollu Sabha Maran and others are part of the cast.

Soodhu Kavvum 2 – Theatres (December 13)

Soodhu Kavvum II: Naadum Naatu Makkalum is the upcoming sequel to the 2013 crime comedy film Soodhu Kavvum. The sequel features a fresh cast and crew, with Shiva, Karunakaran, Harisha, Radha Ravi, Karunakaran, MS Bhaskar, Ramesh Thilak and Yog Japee, among others. The upcoming film is directed by SJ Arjun.

Uppu Puli Kaaram – Disney+ Hotstar (ongoing)

Uppu Puli Kaaram is an ongoing series, which revolves around an elderly couple who run an eatery and live with their four grown-up children. However, their lives take a turn when the father’s son from another mother comes to live with the family, leading to drama and confusion. With the couple having their own secret about their new son, and the latter being a famous actor, the series is a family drama focusing on the life of each family member, the children’s love lives, and how their careers and ambitions cross paths.
