Ajayante Randam Moshanam – Disney+ Hotstar (November 7)
The 2024 Malayalam film Ajayante Randam Moshanam stars Tovino Thomas in the lead role. The film is a period fantasy drama and is directed by Jithin Laal and also stars Krithi Shetty, Harish Uttaman, Rohini, Basil Joseph, Surabhi Lakshmi, Aishwarya Rajesh and others. Tovino Thomas appears in three roles. He plays Ajayan, burglar Maniyan, and warrior Kunji Kelu. The period fantasy drama revolves around Kunji Kelu, who brings the supernatural ‘Chyothi Vilakku’ to his hometown Haripuram, and his descendants, Maniyan and Ajayan, whose lives also get connected with this divine lamp, following certain incidents.
Vettaiyan – Prime Video (November 8)
Vettaiyan is a cop action drama starring Rajinikanth in the lead role. The film is directed by TJ Gnanavel and also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, and Rana Daggubati, the film also stars Manju Warrier, Kishore, Ritika Singh, Dushara Vijayan, GM Sundar, Abirami, Rohini, Rao Ramesh, Ramesh Thilak, Rakshan and others.
Vera Maari Office – Aha Tamil (ongoing)
The second season of Vera Maari Office, a series set against the backdrop of working space, takes a horror comedy turn. The star ensemble includes RJ Vijay, Janani Ashokkumar, VJ Pappu, Soundariya Nanjundan, Raveena Daha, Jaiseelan, Vikkals Vikram, and others. It is directed by Jaswin J. Shivakanth has served as the creator and producer of the series.
Uppu Puli Kaaram – Disney+ Hotstar (ongoing)
Uppu Puli Kaaram is an ongoing series which revolves around an elderly couple living with their four grown up children. However, their lives take a turn when the father’s son from another mother comes to live with the family, creating a battle of drama and confusion. With the couple having their own secret about their new son, and the latter being a famous actor, the series is a family drama.
Citadel: Honey Bunny – Prime Video (November 7)
Citadel: Honey Bunny is the Indian version of the international spy action series Citadel. The series stars Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan in the lead roles, with actors Kay Kay Menon, Saqib Saleem, Sikandar Kher, and Simran in supporting roles. The series is produced by D2R Films and Amazon MGM Studios, with AGBO (the Russo Brothers' studio) backing the series.
