Legendary actress Zeenat Aman shows the way to BEAT THE HEAT!

The day and the date of 22 March 1978 will forever be etched in gold in the memories of many cinegoers. The reason? Well, it was the day and date when the iconic film ‘Satyam Shivam Sundaram’. Till date, the film remains as one of the widely discussed and spoken about film of all times. One of the film’s talking points was definitely its leading lady Zeenat Aman and the oomph factor that she sprinkled in the film with her presence.

Speaking of Zeenat Aman, the veteran actress made her debut on social media, Instagram to be precise. Ever since the time she had made her debut on social media, she has been constantly posting photographs… mostly blast from the past. This time round, Zeenat Aman took to social media and gave the netizens a way to ‘beat the heat’!

Zeenat Aman took to social media and posted the adjoining photograph from her film hit film ‘Satyam Shivam Sundaram’. She, very aptly, captioned the photograph stating, “It’s hot, hot, hot. Take a cue from Rupa… here’s one way to beat the heat! Any other suggestions?”

No sooner did she post the sizzling photograph on social media, the comments section started buzzing with compliments from many. The ace designer Manisha Malhotra commented stating, “You looked stunning in the film in the Rustic look and I love the music of the film”. On the other hand, film maker Karan Johar replied with hearts and flames emojis, actor-turned-film maker Sanjay Kapoor wrote, “Chimpu and me saw SSS 20 times at RK, Still remember Raj uncle had put your pictures in Loni of your look test which were stunning”.

For the uninitiated, the film ‘Satyam Shivam Sundaram’ starred Shashi Kapoor and Zeenat Aman in the leading roles. The film was directed by the original showman of Bollywood (late) Raj Kapoor.
