Akhil Akkineni is yet to score a solid hit in his career as a lead actor. He made his debut with the film Akhil, directed by V.V. Vinayak, which turned out to be a major flop at the box office.

Composed by Thaman, the song highlights a sweet and innocent village romance between Akhil and Bhagyashri Bose and has already started creating a positive impression.
