The latest Malayalam film, Prince and Family, starring Dileep in the lead role, drops on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium on June 20, 2025. The platform is also home to several notable films, including Operation Java, helmed by Thudarum director Tharun Moorthy. Anaswara Rajan-led Super Sharanya and Tovino Thomas’ thriller Identity are also available for streaming. Malayalam films to stream on ZEE5 as Prince and Family releases
Tharun Moorthy marked his directorial debut with this thriller film, which follows two young engineering graduates who help the cyber cops to crack cases. Balu Varghese and Lukman Avaran play the earnest youngsters, who help the police after they struggle to land engineering jobs. Binu Pappu, Irshad, and Vinayakan, are part of this film, which also features Mamitha Baiju in a small role.
Anaswara Rajan leads this film in the titular role of a young girl as she navigates her life at an engineering college, making friends and trying to rebuff his unsolicited romantic advancements. Mamitha Baiju also appears as her friend ‘Sonare’ in this film, which beautifully captures the bond between the girls. Arjun Ashokan and Naslen are also part of this film, helmed by Girish AD.
Suresh Gopi, known for movies such as Commissioner, is once again back in a cop thriller. Abraham Mathew Mathan's estranged daughter, cop Vincy, is probing a murder case. After certain events, Abraham Mathew Mathan, also a former cop, returns to track down on the criminal. Neeta Pillai appears as ASP Vincy in this film, which also features Gokul Suresh, Asha Sharath, Nyla Usha, and Kaniha.
Antony Varghese, or Pepe as he is known among fans, leads this film as a bouncer named Ashiq Abu. When he is tasked with providing security for a Turkish boxing champion, things go wrong and now Abu has to face him in the ring. Lijomol Jose, Vijayaraghavan and Saiju Kurup also appear in other key roles in this film, helmed by Govind Vishnu.
Malayalam star Tovino Thomas headlines this movie as sketch artist Haran Shankar, whose help is sought by the police in a murder case which only has one eye witness. But as the plot progresses, more hidden agendas suffer and nothing is what it appears. Trisha Krishnan is the witness, while Vinay Rai is seen as the cop from Bengaluru in this action-packed thriller.
