Chaupal's December 2025 releases: Tuchcha Lambardar Season 3 to Neeru Bajwa's Madhaniyan, and more..

After streaming giants Netflix, Prime Video and JioHotstar unveiled their December releases, Chaupal too has revealed their content slate for the last month of the year! The platform is ready to drop some interesting Punjabi and Haryanvi titles throughout the month, that are also accessible through OTTplay Premium. While Neeru Bajwa's Madhaniyan is making its digital debut after its theatrical run, the series Tuchcha Lambardar is back with a third season. Meanwhile, movies like Gurpreet Ghuggi's Furlow and Sukhbir Pal Kaur's Aagman are already streaming on Chaupal.

Chhalla Mud Ke Nahi Aaya (December 11)

The digital release of this Punjabi historical drama had been postponed several times. Finally, viewers can watch Chhalla Mud Ke Nahi Aaya next week. Set in the 1990s, the film focuses on the Punjabi immigrants who travelled to Canada for work, facing hardships and challenges, and never returned to their homeland. Released in 2022, the movie grossed Rs 5.04 crore at the Indian box office, as per Sacnilk.

Tuchcha Lambardar Season 3 (December 11)

The third instalment of the Haryanvi web series returns this month with more drama. Tuchcha Lambardar Season 3 brings back Deen Bandhu Yadav, Archana Sangwan, Suman Sain, Jolly Baba and Mahendar Kadyan. The series promises to bring more dramatic twists and conflicts between the characters, as Tuchcha faces unexpected challenges and tests after becoming the leader.

Tera Bhanna Mitha Laage (December 15)

This Chaupal original poignant drama is coming this month. Tera Bhanna Mitha Laage features Jay Malhotra, Priyanka, Ramnik Sandhu and Raja Virk. The story focuses on a rural village in Punjab that's torn by greed, drug abuse, power struggles, and families clashing over old rivalries. Amid this, an innocent child is put in a perilous situation.

Hawa (December 18)

This Punjabi 2023 horror-comedy is set to make its digital debut dubbed in the Haryanvi language. Starring Hashneen Chauhan, Honey Mattu, Gurjazz and Ajay Kumar, the movie is directed by Paramjit Singh. The story focuses on two men who struggle to buy their own house in the UK countryside. As they are searching for a low-cost house due to their tight budget, the men end up in a ghostly home where spooky yet hilarious incidents occur.

Madhaniyan (December 27)

Neeru Bajwa, Dev Kharoud and Nav Bajwa star in this Punjabi family drama, which was released in October, and is finally making its digital debut this month. Madhaniyan made Rs 1.35 crore at the box office worldwide, as per tracker Sacnilk. The story focuses on an enduring brother-sister bond after they lose both their parents at a very young age. As the brother and the sister only have each other, they become inseparable. Things take a turn when the sister falls for a man with whom the brother is not quite fond of.
