February is going to be an interesting month, since while BLACKPINK’s Jisoo makes her acting debut, our beloved K-drama actor Moon Ga-young makes her comeback in the very month. It is also the month where two members of the Wooga Squad aka Park Hyung-sik and Choi Woo-shik clash. Among the various releases, here are some K-Dramas you should not miss out on in February 2025…
Featuring Ji Jin-hee and Lee Kyu-hyung in the lead roles, Kickkickkickkick is the story of an established actor now struggling to find work. At the same time, Jo Young-sik (Lee Kyu-hyung) is a variety show producer who is in creative slump. The two team up in an attempt to turn their fates around. This comedy-drama explores the challenges of starting something in the competitive Entertainment industry. The drama will release bi-weekly on Wednesday and Thursday. While the platform is not yet confirmed, it is likely to be out on Viki.
Starring Go Ara in the lead role, The Scandal of Chunhwa is a K-Drama set in Joseon period. With romance as its central theme, the drama revolves around Princess Hwari, who wishes to change the rules by choosing her own husband. This happens after a heartbreak that comes with settling for an arranged marriage at first. It is likely to be the next treat for fans of historic dramas after The Tale of Lady Ok. The Scandal of Chunhwa is also likely to be out on Viki.
Starring Jisoo of BLACKPINK alongside Park Jeong-min, Newtopia is a dystopian thriller that will be out on Amazon Prime Video. The drama revolves around a couple that is separated during a zombie outbreak in Seoul. They are now forced to face the dangers of the apocalypse and deal with it on their own.
As the title suggests, Hyeri and Chung Soo-bin's Friendly Rivalry is a high-school drama based on a popular webtoon of the same name. Yoo Jae-yi (Hyeri) is the school's most popular student but the mysterious transfer student Woo Seul-gi (Soo-bin) challenges her status. Just as they turn rivals, comes an unexpected demise that reveals hidden agendas and a web of secrets.
Choi Woo-shik and Park Bo-young's Netflix original series Melo Movie is scheduled for February 14 release. The story is around two filmmaking students who get entangled in a love-hate relationship. The series also stars Lee Jun-young and Jeon So-nee in pivotal roles.
Starring Park Hyung-sik and Heo Joon-ho, Buried hearts is a revenge-drama set in Daesan Group office. The place holds many secrets, all of which unfold with every episode. This one is a bi-weekly release and will be out on Friday and Saturday.

For this, a man falls in love with a woman who has been addressed as 'witch.' Where did she get the name? Well, it is because she can captivate anybody with her alluring personality.
